These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our Website. 

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use this booking engine if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. 

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, the law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same. 

By booking with RPP, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Bookings and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed through payment. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for early check-in, late check-out, exceeding the stated number of guests, or damages to the property.

2. Cancellation Policy & Fraudulent Claims

Bookings made directly with RPP receive an 10% discount in exchange for a non-refundable policy. Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. For bookings made through OTA platforms, cancellations are not allowed once the cancellation period has expired. Any fraudulent claims made to cancel a non-refundable booking may result in financial penalties, including the deduction of any resulting financial loss from the deposit held. The customer may also be liable for additional charges or legal action as necessary.

3. Amendments to Bookings and Cancellations

RPP reserves the right to amend or cancel a booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Should such a situation arise, we will make every reasonable effort to provide alternative accommodation or assist with re-housing guests, where possible. We aim to ensure minimal disruption to your stay and will communicate any changes promptly.

4. Liability

Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or items inside. If the cost of damages exceeds the security deposit, guests will be liable for the additional costs.

5. Zero Tolerance for Abuse

RPP enforces a zero-tolerance policy for any form of verbal, physical, or other abuse towards staff, guests, or the property. Any abuse will result in immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for reservation purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for processing the booking.

7. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to enhance the user experience. By continuing to browse, you consent to the use of cookies.

8. Force Majeure

RPP is not liable for failure to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

9. Amendments to Terms

RPP reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.

10. License

Unless otherwise stated, RPP Managament and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from RPP Managament for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. 

You must not:  

• Republish material from RPP Managament
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from RPP Managament
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from RPP Managament
• Redistribute content from RPP Managament

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. RPP Managament does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website.

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, RPP Managament shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website. RPP Managament reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

 

You warrant and represent that:  

• You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so; 
• The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party; 
• The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy 
• The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.  
• You hereby grant RPP Managament a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media. 

10. Agreement to Terms

By booking with RPP, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions set out. We are not held liable for client failure to throroughly review our terms and conditions prior to booking directly with us.
